What AI is for
AI features are only for everyday care reference, photo information extraction, nutrition estimates based on GS1 product names and record assistance. When you initiate photo recognition, requests pass through the App, Tencent Cloud Function memory and Volcano Engine Ark. Original scan images are not persisted as temporary scan files. Barcode nutrition values are not package measurements or laboratory tests and may be incomplete or wrong; use the package label as the authority.
Not medical care
AI output is not veterinary diagnosis, prescription, treatment advice or emergency medical service and cannot replace a licensed veterinarian's professional judgment.
Emergencies
For breathing difficulty, seizures, persistent vomiting, suspected poisoning or other emergencies, contact a licensed veterinarian or nearby emergency clinic immediately. Do not wait for an AI response.
Your responsibility
Verify recognition results before saving and decide based on your pet's real condition. Using AI means you understand and accept these limits.
