1. Who we are

PetMate - Feeding, Weight & Photo Log (the “App”) is developed and operated by 厦门尚圈美学投资管理有限公司 (Xiamen Shangquan Aesthetic Investment Management Co., Ltd.) It helps pet owners record food, water, weight and everyday care. This policy explains how the App processes your information.

2. Information we process

When you use relevant features, we process pet profiles, food and care records, text, photos, product barcodes and voice feedback that you submit, plus account or device identifiers needed for accounts, synchronization and security.

Photos are processed only when you start photo recognition, sticker creation or feedback; barcodes only when you use barcode recognition; voice only when you use voice feedback. Do not upload identity documents, bank cards, another person's private information or unrelated sensitive content.

3. Third-party services and purposes

The App does not show a separate analytics-consent prompt on first launch. By continuing, you agree to this policy and the Terms of Service. If you object only to anonymous usage analytics, turn it off under Settings → Privacy & Data Export; Umeng analytics then stops future collection. Tencent Cloud provides cloud data and APIs. Umeng+ U-App analytics processes necessary device identifiers, app version, network state, launches and feature events to improve the App; advertising attribution is disabled. When you start AI features, requests go to Volcano Engine Ark/Doubao; scanned photos pass only through the App, Tencent Cloud Function memory and Ark and are not persisted as scan originals. When you use barcode recognition, the barcode goes to APIZero for GS1 registration data. Alibaba Cloud Mobile Feedback may process necessary device and network information when you open feedback. Barcode results are cached as shared product data to reduce repeated queries. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-app or cross-site advertising tracking.

4. Your rights

Request an export under Settings → Privacy & Data Export, or submit deletion under Settings → Delete Account. Deletion covers pet, food, care and AI records linked to the account, except information that law requires us to retain.
