Terms of Service

Acceptance
By starting or continuing to use the App, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you disagree, stop using and uninstall the App.
Service
PetMate provides food, water, weight and everyday care records and reminders, plus AI-assisted reference tools. Core records and reminders are free. PetMate Pro can unlock multiple pet profiles, premium stickers and enhanced AI quota. The App does not provide a public community, transactions or phone-number sign-in.
Subscriptions and payment
PetMate Pro auto-renews monthly (¥38), quarterly (¥78) or annually (¥158); the App Store price controls. Apple charges your account and renews within 24 hours before expiry unless cancelled. Manage or cancel under system settings (Apple ID → Subscriptions), or restore purchases in the App. Apple policies govern refunds. Core features remain available without a subscription.
Rules of use
Provide accurate information and verify recognition and AI output before saving. Do not use the App for unlawful content, infringement, security interference or bypassing safeguards.
AI and health
AI output is only for everyday care reference, photo information extraction and record assistance. It is not veterinary diagnosis, prescription, treatment advice or emergency care. Contact a licensed veterinarian for urgent or unusual symptoms.
Service changes
We may adjust services for maintenance, security or legal requirements and will reasonably notify you of material changes. See the AI Use & Risk Notice and Privacy Policy.
