Data Deletion
You can submit a complete account-deletion request in the App.
How to delete
- Open the App and go to Settings.
- Select Delete Account.
- Enter “Delete Account” and submit.
What is deleted
After processing, pet, food, care and AI records linked to the account are deleted. Information retained for law, security audit or disputes is deleted or anonymized when the applicable period ends.
If you cannot open the App
Contact us through the App Store Support page or Settings → Feedback and state “Data Deletion Request.” We may request necessary identity or account verification to protect your account.
